Select
File > Open
.

Open a communication grid that was designed to view pictures.

Tap the
Previous picture
and/or
Next picture
squares until you see the pictures you want to delete.

Tap the
Delete picture
square.

Deleting a picture (by cleaning drive)
You can delete a picture you have taken with the Smart from the Smart's memory. Pictures taken by the user with a communication grid
(for example with the standard supplied file
app_camera_smart
) are saved in the
Smart3Camera
folder. Pictures taken by the supervi-
sor to fill the squares in the communication grid, are saved in the
Smart3Photos
folder.

Select
Tools > Smart3 > Clean up disk
.

Tap
File management
.

Select
Images
from the
Type
drop-down list.

Select the
Smart3Camera
folder, or the
Smart3Pictures
folder from the
Folder
drop-down list.

Select the files you want to delete.
If necessary, tap on
to sort the files alphabetically, or alternatively tap on
to sort the files by file size (from large to small).

Tap on
Delete files
.
If you delete a picture that is used in a communication grid, then that particular picture will no longer be displayed in the
communication grid!
