Instructions of use
•
Before the first use, wash the cookware with hot
water and washing liquid. Rinse thoroughly and
dry carefully.
•
Do not heat up or leave the cookware empty on
the hob while it is turned on.
•
Before you use in the cookware foods that may
stick to the bottom (like milk) rinse the internal
surface of the cookware with water.
•
It is recommended that you adjust your hob to the
maximum heat setting at first. Then after boiling
begins, you may choose the middle or low heating
settings.
•
Always use the cookware on an equal or smaller
size hob.
•
You may save energy by turning off your hob
before the end of the cooking time, and allowing
the cookware on the hob until it cools down.
•
For frying, choose medium heat setting, allow the
oil to heat up or the fat to melt and then place the
food in the cookware. Once the food has reached
to a golden color, you may turn it on the other
side.
•
In case you use the maximum heat setting on
your hob, it is likely that the handles are hot. Use
kitchen gloves to avoid burns.
•
After each use, wash the cookware with hot water
and washing liquid. Rinse thoroughly and dry
carefully.
•
Remove any remaining food residues using a
wooden spatula or washing sponge. In case of
persistent food residues, boil in the cookware
some water with baking soda or washing liquid.
•
Do not use sharp objects, or harsh metallic
sponges for cleaning. Do not use abrasive
or chemical products. Do not use bleach for
cleaning.
•
In case of discoloring, you may wash the
cookware with normal cleaning liquids suitable for
stainless steel cookware. Otherwise you may use
a mixture of water and vinegar for cleaning.
•
The product is dishwasher safe.

:
Do not heat up the cookware when empty.
Do not heat up the cookware at the
maximum heating setting when containing
oil or fat. In case of overheating, turn off the
hob immediately and allow the cookware
to cool down. Do not lift or remove the
casserole before it cools down.
