7” RGB LCD with Capacitive Touch 

The RZ/G1M/G1N Qseven carrier board supports 7inch, 18bpp RGB LCD “ETM070001ADH6” from Emerging Display 

Technologies Corporation (EDT) with capacitive touch panel. RZ/G1M/G1N CPU’s LVDS interface which is connected 

to  LVDS0  port  of  Qseven  MXM  connector  is  used  for  this  LCD  interface.  This  LVDS0  interface  signals  are  directly 

connected  to  LVDS  transmitter  (DS90CF384A)  in  carrier  board  which  converts  LVDS  Interface  signals  to  RGB  and 

connects to RGB LCD connector (J8). 

This  RGB  LCD  supports  capacitive  touch  panel  through  RZ/G1M/G1N  CPU’s  I2C2  interface  which  connects  to 

capacitive touch connector (J12). This RGB LCD connector (J8) and Capacitive Touch Connector (J12) are physically 

located at the top of board as shown below.
