IB circuit boards can be configured in either as MASTER or SLAVE modes. If an IB-P03 circuit board is set to a
master, the motor RUN on the board can be controlled by its own logic. If IB-P03 circuit boards are set to slaves,
the motor RUN on each IB-P03 circuit board cannot be controlled by its own logic, and they will be controlled
by the master. For further information refer to iCEP user manual.
The following section introduces four typical
examples of use:
Set the PLC to be the master and IB-P03 circuit boards to be slaves to make a PROFINET I/O between the PLC
and IB-P03 circuit boards. The PLC will control all the IB-P03 circuit boards.

Set each IB-P03 circuit board as a master, and download ladder logic onto each of them. Each IB-P03 circuit
board controls its own zone. In this case, PLC can monitor the status of each IB by reading all 64 bytes of data.
And the PLC can write into D register from D800 to D807.
