Error output
HBV-609 Error output
■
Error signal output is done from all the driver cards connected with communication cable.
■
Identify the type of error in the present by LEDs in the driver card.
■
SW1 #3 allows the selection of NPN or PNP signal output. This switch change is
effected to output signal of all the driver card connected with communication cable.
■
When error pulse signal is discharged and communicated, detecting abnormality, fatal
error has prevails the other(s). Thus , the error pulse output in the present zone may be
different from the actual error in the zone.
Error signal is discharged from CN4 #4 when MDR or transfer motion has abnormality.
(error signal is discharged on abnormal)
7-11.
Error reset
HBV-609 Error reset
■
Error reset can not be done in parallel with change of transfer direction, which should be
done by other driver cards (SW1 #1) connected with communication cable.
■
Error reset is transmitted to all the other driver cards connected with communication
cable. If however the driver card is set to Host control mode, error reset is done only to
the driver card that receives such signal.
■
Error reset input signal should be not less than 100msec. Signal may not be
transmitted successfully if it is less than 100msec.
■
Signal transmission has some delay. If failure arises by the delay, input the
error reset signal to multiple locations.
■
In case error signal reset is done by setting CN4 #3 from OFF to ON, MDR
starts immediately when it is powered ON.
・
SW1 #1 ON setting allows the error reset signal input.
・
SW1 #2 allows the selection of manual or automatic recovery.

・
Error reset is done once by setting signal input to CN4 #1 from OFF to ON, when SW1 #1 is
set to ON, or by setting input signal to CN4 #2, #3 from OFF to ON.
・
Error is automatically reset when all the recovery conditions are met. (status/output/LED)
・
Automatic recovery is not available for back EMF error
