NOTE: A ‘Note’ is not necessarily safety related
but indicates a recommendation or
special point of information that could
assist in understanding the use or care of
a feature item.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
This motor home has been thoroughly
inspected before shipment. Your dealer is
responsible for performing a complete pre-
delivery inspection of the chassis and all motor
home components.
As a part of the pre-delivery inspection
procedure, the dealer is responsible for road
testing the motor home; noting and correcting
any problems before delivery.
FRONT AXLE TIRE
ALIGNMENT
We recommend that you have the front
suspension and steering alignment checked and
adjusted after you have fully loaded the vehicle
according to your needs. Thereafter, have
alignment inspected periodically to maintain
vehicle steering performance and prevent uneven
tire wear.
SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE
Your dealer will be glad to provide any
additional information you need, as well as
answer any questions you might have about
operating the equipment in your motor home.
When it comes to service, remember that your
dealer knows your vehicle best and is interested
in your satisfaction. Your dealer will provide
quality maintenance and any other assistance that
you may require during your ownership of this
vehicle.
If you need warranty repairs while traveling
you may take your motor home to any authorized
Winnebago or Itasca dealership and request their
assistance.
See the Motor Home Service Dealer directory
in your InfoCase.
REPORTING SAFETY DEFECTS
If you believe that your vehicle has a defect
which could cause a crash or could cause injury
or death, you should immediately inform the
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
(NHTSA) in addition to notifying Winnebago
Industries, Inc.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may
open an investigation, and if it finds that a safety
defect exists in a group of vehicles, it may order
a recall and remedy campaign. However,
NHTSA cannot become involved in individual
problems between you, your dealer, or
Winnebago Industries.
To contact NHTSA, you may either call the
Vehicle Safety Hotline toll-free at
1-888-327-4236 (TTY: 1-800-424-9153)
