on a flat surface. Check the area to make sure there
are no sharp objects that could damage or cause a
puncture.

(see photo –>)

2.

Every Island Hopper®

 platform includes a hand pump

with a PSI gauge. The Island Hopper® Patio Dock

TM

 also

includes a 12 volt auto electric inflator in addition to the
hand pump. To inflate simply insert the end of the hose
into the closed valve

(see photo –>)

 and twist 1/4 turn to

lock into place

(you may need to hold this in place at first

to make sure it has an air tight fit).

 Pressure gauge on

hand pump will not register until pressure reaches 5.0 PSI.
Continue pumping until pressure gauge shows a minimum
of 5 to 8 PSI with a maximum of 15 PSI.

3.

You can inflate using a standard 110 volt inflator (like

the METRO ) by opening the valve and filling the product
with air then closing the valve once full. Then, attach
and use the hand pump to top off until you come to the
suggest 5 to 8 PSI.

(see photo –>)

4.

To deflate,

open valve by pressing down the spring in the middle of the valve and

turn to the right so it stays down. Air will continue to flow out as you roll up the product to
be strapped and stored. You can also achieve a rapid deflation by putting your power
inflator on reverse and sucking the air back out until the product is flat.

INFLATION AND SET UP

NOTE: THE HOSE CONNECTION WILL AUTO-

MATICALLY OPEN THE VALVE WHEN PROPERLY

INSERTED AND IT WILL CLOSE THE VALVE

WHEN REMOVED. YOU DO NOT NEED TO MANU-

ALLY OPEN (PRESS DOWN SPRING) TO USE

THE HAND PUMP OR ELECTRIC INFLATOR.
