3-1.3 RES button
Press RES button for two seconds, the lubrication unit will restart up and then run default
setting to deliver lubricant.
3-1.4 Operating mode setting
Warning !!
Only allow authorized person by iSHAN company to change default setting. The
user only can adjust time for lubrication or intermittence.
3-1.5 Progressive distributor with piston detector
A cycle switch (piston detector) can be installed to monitor the distributor functions.
In running operation, press lubrication ” ▲ ” and ” ▼ ” in the same time for five seconds
and then it will show P-0 on upper screen and 00* on lower screen. Press lubrication
increase/decrease button to change function code listed below chart. Press intermittence
increase/decrease button to change value listed below chart. Press RES button to return
running operation. Setting depends on the user’s application and we suggest it remains 6
counts between P-1 and P-2.
3-1.6 Control function
Automatic control
：
When connected the power, the lubrication unit is running based
on default setting. When feeding oil, the indicator of lubrication will sparkle and upper
screen displays the remaining of lubrication time until it runs out of lubrication time and
enters intermittence operation. When pump operate at the interval, the indicator of
intermittence will sparkle and lower screen displays the remaining of intermittence time
until it runs out of intermittence time and enters lubrication operation.
