DHCP Server/Relay
The switch provides dynamic host configuration protocol ( DHCP) server functions. By enabling
DHCP, the switch will become a DHCP server. A DHCP server automatically assigns an IP address,
subnet mask, domain name server (DNS) address and other pertinent configuration parameters to
DHCP client. A DHCP client is the endpoint that receives configuration information from a DHCP
server.

Start IP Address
The first IP address of IP pool.
End IP Address
The Last IP address of IP pool.
Subnet Mask
The subnet mask.
Router
The IP address of the gateway.
DNS
The IP address of the Domain Name Server.
Lease Time
Lease timer counted in seconds.
TFTP Server
The IP address of the TFTP Sever (Option 66).
Boot File Name
The name of Boot File (Option 67).
Save
Click to save changes.
Reset
Click to undo any changes made locally and revert to previously saved values.

When DHCP server functions are activated, the switch will collect DHCP client information and display
in the following table.
