The illustrated label shown in Figure 3 is
attached to the Knife Guard inside the
upper and lower HSD2000 ETII Tape
Head. The label warns operators and
service personnel of the very sharp knife
used to cut the tape at the end of the tape
application.
The HSD2000 ETII Tape Heads are
equipped with a Knife guard that covers the
blade.
The Tape Heads should never be
operated with the blade guards removed.
Turn air and electrical supplies off before
servicing the tape heads.

The label shown in figure 4 is attached to
the control box next to the on/off switch.
The label warns the service personnel to
unplug the power supply before attempting
any service work on the carton sealer.
