Upgrade Options

All P instruments have the ability to be upgraded in the field to the other variants within the

P range. T his change can simply be achieved by contact Ion Science for a quote and
placing an order. We will supply you with a unique security key code for your specific instrument

which can be downloaded to the instrument via the Ion PC software to make the change:

It is also possible to upgrade any P instrument to a Fir instrument to incorporate
the multigas sensors for O2, H2S, CO and LEL gas detection for the ultimate in gas detection. This

upgrade will require the return of the instrument to Ion Science or an Ion Science approved service
centre. Please do not hesitate to contact Ion Science if you require any more information or would like

a quote.
