Install SIM card: 
If you want to use phone features, you must install a GSM SIM card. 
1.

 

Push the back cover down and slide it open. 

2.

 

Lift up the SIM card slot’s metal plate. 

3.

 

Place the SIM card in the SIM card slot with the gold contacts facing down. 
The SIM card’s cut-off corner should match the cut-off corner in the SIM 
card slot. 

4.

 

Snap the metal plate to lock the SIM card in place.
