Invacare do not recommend the use of the Anti-Thrust Harness for use in transportation.
Before each use:
Undertake visual check for torn fabric and loose or worn screws.
Bi-Annually:
Ensure the Anti-Thrust Harness is inspected for torn fabric, loose or worn fastenings and
that the torque settings are checked by a suitably qualified and competent person. For
heavier and high impact users, the period between inspections should be reduced
accordingly.
The Expected Product Life-Cycle for this product is 30 months.

The Anti-Thrust pelvic harness is suitable for use on most wheelchairs.

Support system and a suitable Pelvic Belt.
This item should be fitted by an experienced clinician or technician. This document
contains important information that must be passed on to the user at delivery.
Before assessing for the positioning of the Anti-Thrust Harness, ensure that the user is
sitting in an optimum position with their bottom as far back in the seat as is possible to
assess for correct positioning.
