Dismantling the double-rotor brake

Dismantling the brake (double-rotor version)
1. Disconnect the connection cable.
2. Loosen the socket head cap screws (10) and remove them.
3. Detach stator (1) from the shaft.
4. Detach rotor (3) from the hub.
5. Loosen fixing screws (21) and remove them.
6. Remove the "Complete Flange" component (6) from the shaft.

Release / voltage
1. Observe the brake functionality while the drive is operating. The armature plate must be tightened and
the rotor must move without residual torque.
2. Measure the DC voltage at the brake.

Compare the DC voltage with the voltage indicated on the nameplate. A deviation of 10 % is per-
missible.
