Disassembly

Observe the following points when carrying out disassembly work:
–
Make sure that all assemblies/components have cooled down to ambient temperature.
–
Carry out work on low components from a squat position; not by bending over. Carry
out work on high components with a straight, upright posture.
–
Use a ladder if you cannot reach the assemblies/components requiring disassembly
from the ground. Do not use a single ladder, and make sure that the ladder is securely
in position.
10.2.2
Disassembly work
10.2.2.1 Discharging the lithium-ion batteries
•
Open the doors of the battery storage system.
The doors can be locked open at two positions (90° and 120° opening angles).
Make sure to undo the latching hooks first when subsequently closing the doors.

Discharge the lithium-ion batteries.
To do so, please contact the HOPPECKE Service Competence Center (see Section
“1.5 Service/customer service”).
10.2.2.2 Disassembling the panels

Remove the screws (1) from the front.
•
Push the front panel approx. 10 mm in the direction of the arrow and remove it.
•
Remove the side panels in the same way.
To remove the side panels, push them forward towards the operating side.
