The Wi-Fi binding failure from first time setup

                                                                                   

 

Wi-Fi binding failure is mainly linking to following 2 scenarios.   
Scenario #1, Control panel can’t pair with the Wi-Fi router or   
Scenario #2, Transmission signal failure between control base and the control panel (E81) 
1.  Control p

anel can’t pair with the Wi-Fi router                                                                                                         

Try to pair it in local mode and IOT (the internet of things) mode respectively, touch the power 
button of wireless control panel for 5 seconds to begin spa Wi-Fi pairing with your mobile device. 
If product pairing failed, we need to observe the indicate status. 

• 

ON/Solid

: Product pairing completed successfully.   

• 

Flashing slowly

: pairing mode stage. If it’s not paired up within 2 minutes, the LED indicator will turn off. Touch 

the pairing button for 5 seconds to repeat the pairing process.   

• 

Flashing rapidly

: WiFi router/internet network problem   

• 

OFF:

 

WiFi router signal is disconnected with product or first time use

–waiting to be paired up with a mobile 

device. 

 

Please follow manual to do some troubleshooting, if the problem persists, replace the panel

.
