Available in 720/480 mode only. Currently this
is set to crop only, which is zoom on or reduced
FOV, and at a higher frame rate (60, 120 for
720,480 respectively). By software update it
will allow the option for scaling (keep full
FOV), at which point this control will do
something. It is active but lined-out in the GUI
right now.
