ROCEDURES
Once the ETX Tape Heads, (both bottom and top) have been loaded with tape and threadedthe machine
is ready to process RCS cases. The following instructions are presented in
the order recommended
for
processing cases successfully through the RSA 2625-TB Case Sealing machine.
1. Activate air Supply (3 C.F.M. at 80 PSI).
2. Switch the machine on with START push button.
3. Place case with flaps held in closed position on the Infeed Table up to sensor #1. Sends or will detect case
and the Infeed Guides will center the case.
4. Push case with flaps held in closed position against the Front Sensing Paddle at the front of the Top Belt
Drive Assembly.
5. This will raise the Top Belt Drive Assembly.
6. Push the rear of the case until it is between the top and bottom drive belts.
7. When the case exits the Case Sealer, the Top Belt Drive Assembly will go down to his initial position.
8. The Case Sealer is now ready to process the next case.
