4.2.7.9 SNMP Engine ID
Configure SNMPv3 Engine ID on this page. The entry index key is Engine ID. The remote engine ID is
used to compute the security digest for authenticating and encrypting packets sent to a user on the
remote host. The SNMPv3 Engine ID Setting screens in Figure 4-2-35 and Figure 4-2-36 appear.
