Users
The AdvisorOne system supports up to 250 users. The service provider may have
configured some users.
A Master User can edit existing user profiles and create new ones. Master Users have
access to some system settings. In a multiple partition system, master codes have
access to all partitions.
An Advisor One
“End User” can edit his or her own profile. An End User has access to
fewer settings than a Master User.

Adding a User
The installer may have configured some users. A Master User can add new users to the
system. Follow these steps to add a new user.
1. Press the Settings icon on the main screen, then press
CONFIGURATION
.
2. Enter a Master PIN access code.
3. Press
USERS
from the Configuration & Programming screen.
4. Press
USERS
from the Users screen (Figure 39).
