Tool Maintenance

Piston Replacement

1. 

Disconnect the air supply . 

 

2. 

Remove the magazine assembly with a flat head screw driver . 

 

 

3. 

Remove screws with 4mm hexagon wrench key . 

 

 

 

 

4. 

Loosen set screw with 3mm hexagon wrench key to unlock 

adjusting rod . 

 

 

 

5. 

Slide linkage mechanism and adjusting rod simultaneously from 

collar . 

 

 

 

 

6. 

Loosen spring pin with 3mm straight rod, then remove collar and 

spring . 

 

 

 

7. 

Loosen screw with 3mm hexagon wrench key to remove block 

through window . 

 

 

 

8. 

Loosen screws with 3mm hexagon wrench key . Remove cap . 

 

 

 

 

9. 

Remove piston assembly . Loosen nut with 10mm spanner . 

Remove piston and exchange with a new one .
