System > Upgrade
to upgrade the firmware.
Protocol
Choose either FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or TFTP (Trivial File Transfer
Protocol).
Username/Password
Enter the username and password Cedar uses to log into the FTP server. If the
username and password are not specified, Cedar logs in to the FTP server as
“anonymous” with no password.
Server IP
The
Server IP
is the IP address of the local FTP or TFTP server where Cedar can
retrieve the firmware. An example of the
Server
IP
is 192.168.15.184.
File Name
Enter the Cedar 880AG firmware name. The firmware name is composed of three
parts: model name-date-version number. For example, cedar880ag-09302005-
1.1.0.88a.bin refers to Cedar model 880 version 1.1.0.88 created on 09/30/2005.
