Audio Codecs

To allow for the maximum flexibility in audio codec selection, the main board provides a header
for which an audio codec board may be inserted. The current available options for this connector
are an AC'97 codec the Philips UCB1400.

2.2.10.1

Philips UCB1400*

The Philips UCB1400* codec supports 20-bit stereo audio with programmable sampling rate, input
and output gain control, and digital sound processing. The UCB1400 provides the following
features in addition to the codec:
