3.16.104 Outbound Configuration Cycle Function Number - OCCFN
This registers contains the function number that is used as part of the Requester ID for
all outbound configuration requests. This field is also used to determine where errors
get logged.
Note:
For 81341 and 81342 the function number should be 0 for endpoint usage and 5 for
Root Complex modes.
