DESIGN
Rugged Series N disposer with an 8” rotor is designed primarily for
installation in the vegetable and salad preparation area of a medium
to large kitchen. It is also ideal for handling of the general waste in
a small restaurant. Equipped with a 2 HP motor as standard, this
unit is also recommended for use in disposing of the waste from a
potato peeler. If the general waste is rather heavy use of the 3 HP
motor is recommended. 3 HP is also correct for use in the pot wash
area where peak work loads are always greater than anticipated,
making added motor strength a requirement. The 1 1/2 HP motor is
satisfactory for use in smaller kitchens where the waste is light.
