connect the power cord and turn on the unit using the switch on the side 

panel. 
Use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning, a cloth slightly dampened with water, a 

soft bristle brush or a low pressure compressor. 
Caution! There are small metal clips on the blades to balance them. DO NOT 

remove them.

ALARMS 

7.1

 

GENERAL INFORMATION 

In the event of problems or faults, make a note of any error codes that may appear on the display of the electronic control unit or 

remote control, make a note of the model and serial number of your unit (on the identification plate attached to the side of the unit) 

and contact the installer. 
 

7.2

 

TROUBLESHOOTING WITH NO DISPLAY ERROR 

 

PROBLEM

The fans are not active

-Clean condensate drain 
-Check correct installation of siphon 

Problematic start-up 

-Power supply voltage too low 
-Insufficient motor torque 

-Check that the supply voltage is not below 10% of the rated 

nameplate voltage 
-Power up unit with partially closed dampers to reduce motor 

start-up torque. In the event of correct start-up, replace
