Importing devices manually
iPBX also offers an alternative to allow IT manager to manually add one device at a time. By entering
the admin web page at ‘Telephony
Settings
Devices,’ clicking “Add” button, a dialog box displays.
IT manager can type the MAC address of the new device, choose correct model name and the device
provision policy.
Having input the device attributes successfully, IT manager may then assign the usage owners of
these newly added devices. Please refer to the chapter of ‘assigning device to a user.’
