The Ethernet parameters are described as follows:
• Network Type (Static IP by default)
–
Static IP: uses a manually configured IP address, matching subnet mask, and other information
for the Ethernet interface.

Dynamic Address (DHCP): configures the interface as a DHCP client to obtain an IP address,
the matching subnet mask, and other information through DHCP.
• Static IP mode

Primary IP: specifies the IP address of the Ethernet interface. By default, the IP address of GE
0/1 is 192.168.1.1, and the IP address of GE 0/2 is 192.168.2.1.

Netmask: specifies the subnet mask of the Ethernet interface.

MTU: specifies the maximum transmit unit, which is expressed in bytes. The default value is
1500.

Speed/Duplex, including:
* Auto Negotiation
* 1000M Full Duplex
* 1000M Half Duplex
