When closing the drive unit, do not move the anti-pinch protection until the drive unit is low
enough to reach it.
6.4) Testing
1) Insert the electronics assembly to be tested, checking it is aligned properly
2) Use the operating handle to close the test fixture
3) Start test and wait for test to finish
4) Open the test fixture
5) Remove the tested electronics assembly
7) Maintenance

Deadly electrical voltage at the test probes for > 25 VAC voltage and > 60 VDC voltage!

Before servicing, disconnect all affected devices from the power supply and secure (e.g.
with a sign) against unauthorised reconnection!
7.1) Maintenance intervals
7.2) Check and replace test probes
The spring-loaded test probes are subject to very different loads. A reliable signal transmission is
only possible with fully functional test probes. Conditions for reliable contact are:

no contamination on the plunger tip

no excessive wear of the points of the plunger tip

no scratches on the test probe's plunger shaft

no metal chips, particles, or other contamination on the probe plate between the probes
Every 50,000 cycles
