Performing a Void
In the event that you have to void a sale, the reference # of that sale must be entered in the pinpad. You can find the
reference number on the receipt of the invoice. See below for more details.

After you’ve selected Void in CRE the
pinpad will prompt for the manager’s
password, enter the password and
press the green enter key.

The pinpad will prompt for a method of
finding the invoice, select Reference

Enter the reference number of the
invoice that needs to be voided. You
can find the reference number on the
receipt for the invoice.
