GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break, proper grounding
will reduce the risk of shock. This product has a ground conducting cord and plug.
The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that has been properly installed
and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER
– Improper connection of the ground conduction plug can result in risk
of shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service technician if you are in doubt
as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with
the product. If it does not fit in the outlet, have a properly installed outlet added by a
qualified technician. This product is for use on a
normal 120V circuit and has a grounding plug
that looks like the plug illustration to the right.
Make sure the product is connected to an outlet
with the same configuration as the plug. Never
use an adaptor with this product.
