6 Software

6.1 Software update

Download the update software to a computer.

Locate the downloaded file. Double click on Setup.exe.

If an older version of the software is already installed, it must be removed. Follow the

given directions.

An icon will appear on the desktop when the installation is finished.

Connect the Sentrac to the computer via USB connection port.

Connect the probe to the instrument if the probe-software is to be updated.

Double click on the icon on the desktop.

Check that the Sensistor Sentrac serial number appear in the COM port window. If the

serial number is present, the communication between the computer and the Sentrac is

set up.

Chose which unit to update, instrument or probe.

Click download to perform the software update.

Restart the instrument after completed update.

6.2 Warning List

In the Warnings List all warnings ever detected in the instrument are listed. This is

useful during diagnostics of the instrument.

The warnings in the Warnings List will not be deleted when a reset of the instrument is

performed.
