8.5 Stop a Sequence

Multiple runs may be programmed into a sequence. Once a sequence is started, the
green RUN button on the Micro GC Fusion front panel display changes to a red STOP
button, which can be used to stop a running sequence.

1 While a sequence is running, tap the STOP button to abort the sequence.

2 Micro GC Fusion finishes the current run and returns to the initial state of the

currently loaded method. This may take a few minutes depending on the
progress and duration of the interrupted method. A notification is displayed
advising the sequence will stop when the current run completes.
