Check the colour marked on the fine sand finish label matches the
colour listed on the primer and is as ordered.

Apply fine sand finish coat

Equipment:

Stainless Steel float

Smooth plastic float

Method:

Application temperature 5˚C- 30˚C

Do not apply if frosty/raining or frost/rain are anticipated

Thoroughly mix the product until it is an even
consistency

Avoid creating air bubbles or foam

Apply the coat in an even thickness

Finish off with smooth plastic trowel. Dry clean the
trowel during texturing

Protect from rain during and immediately after
application

Cleaning:

Tools & hands should be washed with water before the
product dries

information

Allow oven to fully dry out for 24 hours under normal conditions

In low temperatures or periods of high humidity drying time will be
longer

Before first use remove any plastic coating fromthe metal work.

Any splashes of render, primer or fine sand finish can be removed
with a plastic scouring pad and warm water

Step 17

Cure the oven before first use

Step 18

With the oven door lifted, loosen and remove the mounting screw

With the longest edge uppermost slide glass plate between the rails

Ensure equal spacing all round

Re-insert the screw and tighten
