Installation in "C

" configuration of an Immergas boiler (only
permitted with approved original flue), makes it possible to intake
combustion air directly from the shaft where the flue gas exhaust
is present in the collective flue.
Coupling to the shaft for intake is possible with male flue
Ø 125 or Ø 125 cut female.
The collective flue coupling for the exhaust is possible
with female Ø 80 flue with gasket.

To favour the removal of possible condensate forming in the exhaust pipe, tilt the pipes towards the boiler with a minimum
slope of 1.5% (Fig. 30)
1. Mount the flanged adaptor (14) interposing the concentric gasket (15) on the boiler, fitting it with the screws (13).
2. Insert the non-return valve kit on flue gas Ø 80 in the flanged adapter, taking care to remove the spacer Ø 80 th. 5 mm.
Make sure to fill the flue gas non-return valve siphon with water
3. Fit the Ø 125 extension in the flanged adapter.
4. Calculate the distances between boiler exhaust and connection to the collective flue.
5. Prepare the boiler flue system, making sure that the internal pipe of the concentric kit is fitted up to the end stop in the collective flue.
