If the problem has not been corrected, remove and replace the power
supply module as described in the

If replacing the power supply module turns off the alarm and the LED
turns green on the replaced module, the problem has been corrected.

Troubleshooting
Symptom:
The computer has been turned on, but there is no VGA monitor output.
What to do:
1 Check cable.
Check the VGA cable to confirm that it is firmly attached. If
the VGA cable was correctly seated, remove the VGA cable and check the
VGA cable on known working device.
2 Verify power.
Check to see that the front PS LED is green. Check to see
that both power supplies are turned on. Ensure that both power cables
are securely inserted into the AC inlets in the rear of the NX1010 series
chassis and are plugged into a power outlet that is supplying the correct
voltage.
