Before contacting the After-Sales Service:

Restart the appliance to see if the fault 

has been remedied. If it persists, switch 

the appliance off again and repeat the 

operation after an hour.

If your appliance still does not work 

properly after carrying out the checks listed 

in the troubleshooting guide and switching 

the appliance on again, contact the After-

sales Service, clearly explaining the problem 

and specifying:

• the nature of the problem

• the model

• the type and serial number of the 

appliance (given on the rating plate)

• the Service number (the number after the 

word SERVICE on the rating plate inside 

the appliance).

Note: 

if the direction of door opening is 

reversed, this operation is not covered by 

the warranty.

the serial number (serial number), where the 

third and fourth digits correspond to the last 

two digits of the manufacturing year and the 

fifth and sixth digits as the annual number 

of the week. For example, the serial number

produced in the ninth week of 2015
