5.4.2 Setting the Network Configuration
The parameters for the network configuration are set in this menu.
NOTICE
A change in system-relevant parameters (e.g. change of the IP address) is immediately displayed in the
management software. To initialize system-relevant configuration changes on the SNMP module, the
SNMP module must be restarted. The restart of the SNMP module may take several minutes, and the
SNMP module is not available during the restart.

The following parameters can be configured:

The network settings are automatically supplied by a DNS
server.
Note:
If DHCP is activated and there is no physical network
connection available, the boot times might increase.
