Advanced settings

Settings in this menu are locked as they effect the performance,

function, and safety of the eBike and are intended to only be monitored

or reset by authorized iGO service representatives. Should you believe

settings in this menu require attention contact iGO support.

Reset

Select ‘yes’ to reset the eBike’s bluetooth connections.

Any previous link to an iGO Ride mobile app account will be abandoned and

the eBike will become detectable by other iGO Ride mobile app users.

CAUTION.

If the ‘reset’ icon shows a hand icon (see left) your display

requires updating to a more recent firmware version.

Selecting ‘yes’ in the reset setting when running outdated firmware

will fully reset the eBike to factory settings and may require

reprogramming in order to re-enable certain functions.

If you see the hand icon update the firmware immediately through

the iGO Ride mobile app before proceeding to use your eBike.

(see page 27 for instructions how to check and

install updates using the iGO Ride mobile app)
