Connecting the iG5 Receiver to your
Computer
Summary: Turn on the GPS, wait for 60-seconds; plug in
the USB Cable to your computer.
The iG5 receiver mounts just like a USB thumb drive (flash
drive) on your Windows computer. No special drivers are
required.
To download data from your receiver:
1.
Turn on the GPS receiver
2.
Wait 60 seconds for the iG5 receiver to fully boot.
3.
Plug the USB-C connector into the USB-C hole on
your iG5 receiver:
and a USB port on your computer.
4.
If you see the Windows AutoPlay screen:
click on the red ‘X’ button on the upper
-right
corner.
