Start setup

You access the setup menu as follows:
> If no valid project is saved in the PDM:
After rebooting the PDM opens the setup menu automatically.

If a valid project is saved in the PDM:
When the device is rebooted press any 2 keys
at the same time
for about 1 second.
The setup splash screen appears.
[SYSTEM SETTINGS]
- set the Ethernet interface
- set the CAN interfaces
- set the real-time clock
- set the display brightness
[SYSTEM INFORMATION]
- display the system data
[ACTIONS]
- reboot the device
- test the CAN interfaces
- define the splash screen
- test the device keys
- format the memory

- save the data
General handling in all setup menus:
►
Select the requested menu item with [SELECT] (down).
►
Select the requested menu item with [BACKSEL] (up).
►
Execute the selected menu item with [ENTER].
►
Increment or decrement the selected value with [UP] or [DOWN].
►
Confirm and save the changed value with [SAVE].
►
Change to the previous menu with [EXIT].
In the setup splash screen: Exit setup with [EXIT].
> In the [Message box] information about the menu or the selected menu item is given.
