DISPLAY CASE DESCRIPTION
The JOLLY display cabinet has been designed and built for the display and preser-
vation of foodstuffs.
Main components
A –
Supporting structure: made up of a moulded polyethylene body. Allows for sup-
porting all the components making up the display cabinet.
B –
Display cabinet: Made of glass, aluminium and steel. Allows for the display of
foodstuffs and creates an area of controlled cold, necessary for the preservation of
the foodstuffs themselves.
C –
Sliding panels: they allow the operator to access the refrigeration area of the
display case.
They also allow for a more accurate temperature control, reduced consumption and
protection against any flying insect entering the refrigeration area.
The sliding panels can be removed to make it easier for the operator reaching the
products on display.
D –
Display pans: Positioned within the display cabinet for containing the products.
E –
Temperature indicator: it shows the temperature in the refrigeration area of the
display case.
F –
Refrigeration unit: Made up of a compressor with air condenser which allows for
the generation of cold within the display cabinet itself.
G –
Refrigeration system evaporator: it is connected to the refrigeration unit to
generate cool inside the display case. The evaporator is of high-performance type.
