6.2.1.2. Clearing a Document Jam Manually

a) Raise the paper drive lever (1) and grasp the

document. Pull it out of the printer through the rear
slot.

b) Lower the paper drive lever (1) once the document

has been removed from the printer.

IMPORTANT : Should you need to unlock and move the paper guides

remove

the

jammed

document

more

easily,

imperatively readjust the guide position to the media
width before using the printer again,

Final Steps: Having removed the jammed document, reload the printer

with media see Inserting Blank Media into the Printer.
