6.1.3. Media Feeding Problem
a) Check that the printhead assembly is correctly locked,
see Closing/Locking the Printhead Assembly
b) Insert the media into the printer and place it under the printhead
assembly, see Inserting Blank Media into the Printer
c) Make sure there is no paper chaff in the paper path that could
interfere with media feeding.
If all these corrective actions do not solve the problem, call the help
desk.
6.1.4. Poor Print Quality
Poor print quality can have several reasons:
Dirty printing mechanism
Printing parameter settings do not correspond to the media used
Faulty part
Call the help desk, whatever the reason.
