PCISA -6612 CPU Card
4.6 Inserting the CPU Card
After the DIMM module has been installed and after the internal peripheral connectors
have been connected to the peripheral devices and the jumpers have been configured,
the PCISA-6612 can be inserted onto a PCISA slot on the backplane.
To insert the CPU card to a backplane, follow the instructions below.

Align the PCISA gold-finger connector on the CPU card with the corresponding
PCISA slot on the backplane.
Gently push the CPU card down to ensure the connectors are properly
connected.
Install the I/O shield to secure the external peripheral interface connector panel
to the chassis. For details refer to the documentation that came with the chassis.
Connect the CPU card top backplane connector (ATXCTL1) to the
corresponding connector on the backplane. For details refer to the
documentation that came with the backplane.

4.7 Rear Panel Connectors
4.7.1 Keyboard and Mouse Connection
A PS/2 keyboard and a PS/2 mouse can be connected to the appropriate PS/2 connector
on the rear panel.
4.7.2 Gigabit Ethernet Connection
The rear panel RJ-45 connectors can be connected to an external LAN and communicate
with data transfer rates up to 1Gbps.
4.7.3 USB Connection
The rear panel USB connector provides easier and quicker access to external USB
devices. The rear panel USB connector is a standard connector and can easily be
connected to other USB devices.
