2.17 Operating Temperature and Temperature Control
The maximum and minimum operating temperatures for the PCISA-6612 CPU card are
listed below.
Minimum Operating Temperature: 0ºC (32°F)
Maximum Operating Temperature: 60°C (140°F)
A cooling heat sink is installed on the CPU. Thermal paste is smeared on the lower side of
the heat sink before it is mounted on the CPU.
