The FAN1 and FAN2 cooling fan connectors provide a 12V current to the cooling fans. 

The connector has a "rotation" pin to get rotation signals from the fan and notify the 

system so the system BIOS can recognize the fan speed. Please note that only certain 

fans can issue the rotation signals.
