defined trace criteria with comparison value 0.
Note: The
Packet Trace counters are incremented for each
packet received. This implies that retried packets which match
the trace criteria will cause the counter to increment.
Note: To enable this counter, set the
Port {0..17} Operations
Register [CNTRS_EN] bit.
