2.2 Troubleshooting
1) Power Supply Failure
Phenomenon Description
No Power (Power Lamp not
illuminated
）
Cause:
• The power cord is not connected.
• Remedy: Connect the power cord.
• The printer is not power on.
• Remedy: Switch the Power Button
Cause:
• The printer is not power on.
• Remedy: Switch the Power Button
• Check Method: Check power Switch.
2) Faulty Sensor
Phenomenon Description
Does not detect presence of
paper.
Cause:
•Faulty paper sensor .
• Check Method: Check whether the ERROR lamp
flickers when paper is out.
• Remedy: Replace the paper sensor.
Cause:
•Foreign substance is attached the paper sensor.
• Check Method: Check whether any foreign body
adhered to the paper sensor.
• Remedy: Remove the foreign substance.
Cause:
•Faulty connection of the paper sensor connector.
• Check Method: Check connection of the paper sensor
connector.
• Remedy: Connect the paper sensor cable to connector
correctly.
