Confirm that the speakers are turned on by pressing the power button
on the master speaker. (Your speakers may include an LED light that
comes on when the speakers are on.)
Check the audio settings on the Media panel of the Preferences
folder as follows:
1.
Click the Be menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
A pop-up menu opens.
2.
While pressing the left mouse button, move the cursor over the
Preferences option.
A pop-up sub-menu opens.
3.
From the sub-menu, select the Media option and release the
mouse button.
The Media panel opens.
4.
From the list on the left side of the Media panel, click Audio
Settings.
